COVID-19 STATEMENT Mon, Oct 02, 23 COVID-19 STATEMENT To our loyal customers:We want you to know that nurturing the health and well-being of our Cox’s community is, and always will be, our highest priority. In that spirit, we want to address concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) as it relates to the day-to-day operations of our stores.At Cox’s, we have always taken pride in our clean and well-run stores, and we know that cleanliness is more important than ever right now. We’re taking guidance from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take.We are cleaning our stores on a continuous basis throughout each day, focusing especially on high-touch and highly trafficked surfaces like door handles, checkout counters, bathroom surfaces, product displays, keyboards, and all touch screens. We will also continue to stock disposable wipes and alcohol-based hand sanitizers for use by employees and customers throughout the day.We will continue to operate as normal and allow customers to shop inside our stores. We have taken some steps to limit the spread of the virus including Installation of sneeze guards at all registers Limiting the amount of people in a store at one time (varies by location) We understand, however, that some customers do not feel comfortable walking in our physical location due to the virus and because of this we have put forth the following services for our customers: Drive Up Window service – 15 of our locations have Drive Up windows that customers can simply drive thru and buy any product in our stores. Curbside Service – All locations will offer curbside service. Simply pull in the parking lot and call the telephone number that is posted outside the building. Our customer service associates will deliver products to your vehicle. We’re doing everything in our power to make sure you feel safe and comfortable in our stores.
